All ornaments are custom (one of a kind) made to order. All orders now process and ship in just 1-4 Business Days :) After leaving our facility Domestic orders take an additional 2-6 Business Days to Arrive and International orders take 7-15 Business Days to Arrive. HOWEVER, due to the current pandemic, delivery times may extend an additional 1-2 weeks.
*NOTE: You will have between 3-6 hours to make any changes or request a refund before printing begins. After 3-6 hours have passed changes to your order can no longer be made. However, still reach out to us and we will see its not too late stop production :)
